  3. I’m really glad you have this list of interview questions to guide me. To tell you the truth, I have never interviewed any sitter before. Since there was only a handful of sitters available in our neighborhood, it was always a sure hire for us. We knew all the sitters since they were kids of our neighbors. Unfortunately, most of them have left for college so moms like me are running out of childcare options. There are some daycare centers but I would rather hire a sitter. So your list of questions is something I really welcome and appreciate.

  5. I like the way you categorized all the questions. That gives me a more systematic way of doing the interview. I really appreciate it. BTW, the simulations will really be a great add on to my usual way of interviewing the sitters.
