Sittercity is the only way for me to find someone I can trust. I just can’t seem to do it any other way but the Sittercity way.

I think every parent should really use Sittercity. The background check is something we all need for peace of mind.

Considering the kind of service they offer (background check), I just had to go with Sittercity. I know the other online sitter services also offer this. But apparently, it’s not as extensive as Sittercity’s. With Sittercity, I can conduct my own background check. That’s an awesome service for parents like me.

I’m one of those lucky folks that can always depend on grandpa and grandma for help. My parents live nearby and they can always come over to watch my kids (or I send my kids over to them). But that didn’t stop me from signing up with Sittercity.

In reply to santini. did you go the extra mile by having their background checked? I would say you were pretty lucky. I'm on my first few months and I've hired some that weren't so friendly but they weren't bad. I would love to find someone that can actually bake some cookies.

I’m really afraid to hire a sitter. I can’t seem to trust anybody to watch my little girl. But at some point, I know I need to. So I do hope that sittercity can help me trust the sitters.
