I still prefer to hire from Sittercity. It’s very important that I hire someone that has some child care experience. That and some First Aid training can really give me the peace of mind.

I’ve never hired a babysitter and if I need someone to watch my kids, I call on my sister or my mom. But given the four-step screening process, I’m seriously contemplating in trying out sittercity. I have heard of sitetrcity before (who hasn’t?) but it’s only now that I’ve heard about their four-step screening process. Now that I know about it, I’m close to thinking that it’s really possible to find a babysitter I can trust.
