I will definitely take the time to follow this 4 step screening process. It’s a great guide for me. I think it can lessen my anxiety in finding someone for my kids.

This is a great screening process that I think should be used all the time. It just gives all the right steps tp go about finding a credible and reliable sitter.

I really do take the time to post a job (complete with all the requirements of the task). That’s very important. I also think that’s the reason why I am always able to find a great lady to watch my kids.

I’ve been following the 4-step screening process each time I need to hire someone from sittercity. It’s not easy because it takes a lot of time to really go through each step. But it works and I have peace of mind every time I hire someone to watch the kids.

You explained the 4-step screening process very well. I had not thought about signing up in spite of the fact that I have been hearing about sittercity. But after reading your articles, I came to believe that it’s best to be with sittercity. I feel that the kids are safer if I were to find the sitters here.

Nice! This is how it should really be done! Before hiring anyone to watch the kids, parents should really check the background of the applicants. With the 4-step screening process, there’s enough background and profile check available for parents to see if the applicant has a good record. That’s really very important.

Now, this is the way to find a sitter. Why didn’t anybody think about this when we were kids? I still remember the scary lady that would come over and babysit me and my younger brother. She was one person that gave me nightmares. I don’t want my own kid experiencing that.
