If you’re going to hire a babysitter and you come up with two contenders for the post, you can run two background checks. Then decide from there. If that’s something you don’t want to do, you can just do one background check on the babysitter you’re going to hire. If she’s going to be a regular, you won’t have to run any more background checks on her until the next year or so. My point is, running a background check shouldn’t be such a big deal especially if you’re going to hire a regular. It’s going to be a one-time thing that I think will be worth it.I think that’s a better way of looking at it.]]></description>
