A huge part of the selection process is running a background check. It’s something we all should do, no matter what. Sittercity runs a background check on their sitters. That’s why I have stayed with them for so many years. I know their sitters have been checked but that doesn’t mean I skip running my own background check on them.

Background check is a vital thing while you are hiring the babysitter. Background check process charges little time and money from you, but it has a priceless return. You can’t afford to get your kid harmed in any sense. Apart from that, make sure you have chosen a trusted background check company that understands your feelings as well as follow the checking rules of the locality.

You can tell if a babysitter from Sittercity has run a background check on herself. Simply check on the badges she has on her profile.

Since signing up with Sittercity, I can’t imagine hiring a babysitter without ever running a background check. It’s too risky not to run a background check on anyone.

The holiday season is the time when I need someone to help me out with my kids. Sittercity is very convenient for me because I can just post a job and easily get a bunch of responses from applicants. It really doesn’t take so long for me to choose. Soon as I run a background check on my top two applicants, I’m off to making my choice.

I was never too keen in trying out any of the online sitter services. But after reading your article, I’m having some second thoughts about it. If I can run a background check on the applicants, then that’s good for me and my kids. I really think it’s worth a try.

You’re absolutely right. We can’t and shouldn’t trust just anybody. The background check of Sittercity is one service we, parents, should always make use of.

The main reason why I’m signed up with Sittercity is because of their background checks. I know the other online childcare services conduct background checks as well. This service is even free to some. But I like that I can conduct my own background check with Sittercity. As a mom, I want to be totally sure and I can only get that certainty from Sittercity.

It’s good that childcare service providers are able to run background checks. They really should because it’s one good way to appease parents.
