In reply to alison G.. Your husband's right. You can't expect much from a teenager. Nowadays, teenagers are too absorbed with their gadgets and their smart phones. I don’t think your little sister can give your kids 100% care and attention. You're really better off with a professional babysitter.

I have a younger sister whom I can always call on to watch my kids. She’s 15 now. My kids love her but my husband prefers someone a lot older. He wants someone who has had some childcare experience.
