The Sittercity app is so easy to use. I love how it looks on my phone. It’s so simple. I can choose, book, and even pay a sitter thru my phone. I can always pay the sitter on time. 😊
Also, there’s no excuse for me to forget the interviews since I can always check them under Bookings.

It’s nice that number one is about thanking the sitter. I’ve been working as a sitter for the past two years and there are folks who don’t even bother to say thank you.

In reply to LC. It’s a good idea to ask the sitter what she likes to eat. In my case, I was so presumptuous that I stocked up on chips only to find out that she was a health freak. But still, she was a good one. As a matter of fact, she has become a regular sitter of ours and we love her.

The Urbansitter app accepts credit card and that’s really great. I get to pay the sitters on time all the time. 🙂

When it comes to food, I make sure there’s always food for both the sitter and my kids. As a matter of fact, I even ask the sitter what she likes to eat during the interview. That way, I can surprise her with something that she really likes. Those little things matter.
